What the 7-week Mental Fitness Bootcamp looks like for your team
One focused 1-hour module per week on the Positive Intelligence® app. One 1-hour cohort session per week with Nancy and Angie to apply the tools to real decisions, real relationships, and real pressure moments.
Groups of 5 to 12 people. Available to organizational teams or individual leaders. Followed by quarterly content to sustain what gets built.
