Each week you get one short, focused module on the Positive Intelligence® app that builds a specific mental rep. Once a week you meet your cohort on Zoom, five to twelve people at a similar place in life and leadership, to work through how the tools are showing up in your real decisions, your real relationships, and your real pressure moments. Not theory. Application.

How much time does it take each week?
About two hours. One short module you do on your own time, plus a one-hour cohort call. The daily reps themselves take seconds.
Is this therapy or mental health treatment?
No. This is Mental Fitness, which is performance training. It is proactive and built on neuroscience, with measurable reps you practice and build into a habit. It is about adding strength and capacity, not treating a problem.
How big is the cohort, and where does it happen?
Five to twelve people, kept small on purpose so the group stays close. Everything runs online: the cohort calls happen on Zoom, and your daily practice lives in the Positive Intelligence® app, so you can join from anywhere.
What if I miss a week?
The modules stay in the app and the reps carry forward, so you can catch up. The cohort keeps you anchored, which is exactly why doing this in a group works better than going it alone.
